Why Christian Bale is wearing sneakers as Jesus shoes

Christian Bale, the actor who plays Jesus on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, is wearing some of the most comfortable sneakers in Hollywood.

The 44-year-old actor, who has also played the Lord of the Rings character Gandalf in the films The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and The Hobbit, is in Los Angeles for a Nike+ event on Thursday.

The actor said that he was wearing the shoes during the event.

“I was in L.A. last night wearing these new Jordans for the first time, and I’m loving them,” he said.

“I love the comfort.

I love the look.”

Bale wore the shoes for more than an hour and wore the same pair every day for three weeks.

“They’re so comfortable.

It’s a huge step,” Bale said of the shoes.

“You can put your toes in the shoes, you can lay them flat.

They’re so well-designed and crafted.”

Bales shoes come with his own name, which was on the back of each pair, along with the date.

“The Nike+ community is one of the best in the world.

There are so many amazing people, and they really want to help people make the best shoes possible,” he continued.

“And I think that’s what Nike+ is all about.”
